Evagrow Marketing Ltd ("Evagrow", "we") is a UK marketing agency for clinics. This policy covers the evagrow.ai website. If you have any question about it, email info@evagrow.ai.
Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, rough location (country/city), device type. This is aggregate information; we don't use it to identify you. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Lawful basis: consent.
Booking a call. If you book a discovery call, the details you enter (name, email, and anything you choose to tell us about your clinic) are collected through Calendly, our scheduling provider, and used to run the call and follow up. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it's relevant to the enquiry or the work.
The site sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie notice, and remembers your choice. Essential functionality doesn't rely on cookies. You can clear or change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Google (analytics, if accepted) and Calendly (bookings) process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we don't share it beyond the providers needed to run the site and our work.
Analytics data is retained on Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Enquiry and client correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, then deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to our processing, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@evagrow.ai and we'll respond within a month. If you're not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
