Case study · Web design & foundations

Real talent, and a website that finally did her justice.

Yanni Webb is a London holistic wellness practitioner offering lymphatic drainage massage, BodyTalk and Shamanic Illuminations. The work itself was never the question. Her digital presence wasn't doing it justice yet, so we redesigned the site, set up and optimised her Google Business Profile, and fixed the technical and analytics foundations underneath. An education-led, collaborative engagement: many of the fixes below were carried out by Yanni herself, with our guidance, not by us on her behalf.

Web design and local SEO foundations, built to be owned and maintained by Yanni herself.

What we did

A prioritised action plan, worked through together

The plan came from a voice-note brief and a prior audit. What follows is grouped by category, not by who did the typing: several items here were executed by Yanni herself, with our guidance.

Technical SEO

  • 301 redirects fixing dead sitelinks, via Wix's Redirect Manager, plus re-indexing requests
  • Sitemap validated and submitted
  • Nav CTA fixes, including the WhatsApp wa.me link
  • Image compression workflow: PageSpeed to Squoosh to replace
  • Design and spacing consistency guidance across desktop and mobile (Wix Classic vs Studio)

Analytics

  • Clean GA4 set up via Wix's native integration, under Yanni's own account
  • Key events configured
  • Search Console linked

Local presence

  • UTM-tagged Google Business Profile website link, so GBP traffic is attributable
  • Character-perfect GBP description (605 of 750 characters)
  • Categories sharpened without keyword stuffing
  • Opening hours corrected
  • Calendly availability fixed on the right event type

Compliance

  • A bespoke UK GDPR privacy policy, drafted in Wix's 9-section format, treating health data as a special category and confirming it isn't stored
  • Drafted carefully around health data, then handed to Yanni for her own final review before publishing
  • Business email advice

Yanni had also earned a SheerLuxe mention before we started, so we gave it a proper home on the site as a trust signal, and started the groundwork on gathering reviews.

The redesign

A site that finally looks the way she works

The rebuilt site is calm, editorial and easy to move through: a warm palette, one clear service structure for 1:1 sessions, and a free 20 minute consultation as the single obvious action on every page. A press mention Yanni had earned herself now sits on the homepage as a trust signal, right where a first-time visitor decides whether to book, and because Wix keeps separate desktop and mobile layouts, both were checked and tightened individually. Alongside the site itself, we set up and optimised her Google Business Profile, so the local searches that matter now find an accurate, complete listing.

Said plainly

Great work, with a website and a local presence that hadn't caught up to it yet. We redesigned the site, sorted the Google Business Profile and fixed the technical and analytics foundations underneath, so the right people can find her and know she's the real thing when they land. And we did it so Yanni left more capable, not more dependent on us: she owns her own analytics and can maintain what we put in place.
